This includes Display Booths, Food Booths (Outside Only), Selling Booths No refunds after September 25, 2018

    1. All Booths will be rented on a first come basis, 2 Exhibitor Passes, ALL others must pay 

        to enter Fair Grounds.


    2. All Fees are due at time of Registration. Deadline for registration Forms and Fees: 

        Please do not send before August 21, 2018   DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT IS  

        SEPTEMBER 25, 2018.  NO REFUNDS.


    3. All inside Booths will have 1 table, 2 chairs and table skirting with backdrop and side

       partitions provided. Each organization is responsible for extension cords decorations, etc.


    4. All outside booths will be constructed by the Organization or Business. Each organization is

        responsible for extension cords, decorations, etc.

    5. All items sold will be subject to approval of the Fannin County Fair Association.     

    6. No food sold in Pavilion.  
    7. All booth setup must be completed on Tuesday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m.  NO
    8 . All vendors must Man Booths - Wednesday 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
        Thursday & Friday from 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
        Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
    Rental Fees are as follows:  

            8 x 10 Space Inside Pavilion

                Display Booth ........$80.00   Addtional $5.00 per day Electricity Charge                

                Selling Booths ..     $130.00  Addtional $5.00 per day Electrical Charge

                       (Booths are considered to be a "Selling Booth" if orders are being

                          taken or you are advertising products for sale.)

                    Non Profit Organizations ........................    $275.00 - Electricity Included

                    All Commercial Food Booths ..................... $375.00 - Electricity Included

                    Outside Raffle Booths .............. $  35.00 - Does not Include Electricity

                    Outside Selling Booths ............. $150.00 - Does not Include Electricity

                    Table Only (Outside) ............     $  50.00 - Does not Include Electricity
